This notice explains what the Dualyx Appointment panel (the "Panel") stores in your browser.

The Panel does not use cookies for session management. No cookies are placed for advertising, tracking, profiling or third-party analytics either. There is therefore no cookie consent banner in the Panel.
The limited data the Panel needs is held in the browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage). These areas are not sent to the server automatically; they are read only by the Panel's own code.
dualyx-appointment-session (local storage). Holds the session information and the access token. It is required so that tabs in the same browser profile share one session and the session survives a page reload. It is removed on sign out. It is strictly necessary; the Panel cannot be used without it.
app-language and app-theme (local storage). Store your chosen language (Turkish / English) and theme (light / dark). They work without signing in.
Table column preferences (local storage). Store which columns you left visible on list screens, so the choice does not have to be repeated on every visit.
Product tour state (local storage). Marks that you completed or dismissed the in-app product tour, so it does not reopen repeatedly. It is held separately per user and per screen group.
dualyx-appointment-client-id (session storage). A random per-tab identifier. It is used so that the tab that made a change does not see its own in-business change notification. It is not a session or user identifier and it disappears when the tab is closed.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the registration and sign-in forms to prevent automated attacks. This component is served by Cloudflare and may create technical cookies or storage entries on its own domain; those entries are Cloudflare's own technical measures. While the component runs, your IP address and browser signals are passed to Cloudflare. See the transfer section of the KVKK Privacy Notice for detail.
You can delete these entries at any time using your browser's clear-site-data feature. Deleting the session entry has the same effect as signing out of the Panel; deleting the preference entries resets language, theme, column and tour preferences to their defaults.
The Panel continues to work in your browser's private mode or with storage-blocking settings, but preferences will not persist.
